1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–72 hours after payment confirmation.
Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team verifies the details and forwards the information
to our authorized fulfillment partner for packaging and dispatch.
As Luflair coordinates order handling through external fulfillment partners, shipments may be dispatched
directly from international logistics centers, depending on availability and destination.
2. Shipping Times
Average delivery times:

Europe & United Kingdom: 6–10 business days

United States & Canada: 6–12 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Other regions: 10–20 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary due to customs clearance procedures, local carrier delays, or peak seasons.
Public holidays or weather disruptions may extend the estimated delivery window.
3. Tracking Information
You will receive an email containing your tracking link within 24 hours after your order has been shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
If you do not receive your tracking link after 3 business days, please contact our support team at info@luflair.com.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once the shipment reaches your destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Luflair and its suppliers are not liable for any customs-related delays or fees imposed by your local authorities.
5. Failed Delivery Attempts / Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a parcel is returned to the sender due to an address issue or refusal to pay customs charges, a reshipping fee may apply.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Risk of Loss
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link.
At this point, risk of loss transfers to you.
If your parcel is delayed or appears lost in transit, our team will coordinate with the carrier and supplier to assist in resolving the issue.
7. Delays and Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier backlogs, customs inspections, or force majeure events.
Such delays are beyond Luflair’s control and do not constitute grounds for cancellation once the parcel is in transit.
8. Pre-Orders or Back-Orders
In rare cases, certain items may be on back-order or pre-order.
These products will ship as soon as they become available, and you will be notified accordingly.
9. Shipping Fees & Returns
Orders shipped under free shipping campaigns are delivered free of charge.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is proven to be delivered damaged or incorrect due to our responsibility.
If a return is made due to reasons such as sizing, personal preference or general dissatisfaction, the original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. This helps us maintain fair logistics operations and offer fast and reliable delivery services.
