Returns & Store Credit Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully to understand how returns are handled.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • unworn and unused

  • with all original tags attached

  • in its original packaging

  • accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation


2. Return Method & Store Credit

All approved returns are processed exclusively as store credit.

  • Store credit is issued in the form of a digital voucher

  • It can be used on any product in our store

  • It has no expiration date

Refunds to the original payment method are not offered for standard returns.


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@luflair.com with:

  • your order number

  • the reason for return

Once your request is approved, our support team will provide detailed return instructions and the designated return address of our authorized fulfillment partner.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Return Address

Returns are processed centrally through our logistics network.

The return address is provided individually after approval.
Please do not send any items to our administrative or registered office in Germany, as this address is not authorized to receive parcels.


5. Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

  • a defective item

  • a damaged item

  • an incorrect item

contact us immediately.
In these cases, we will of course arrange an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund where legally required.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • personalized or custom-made products

  • perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • intimate or sanitary items

  • hazardous or flammable materials

  • sale items and gift cards


7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different size or style is to return the item for store credit and place a new order using your credit.


8. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

For orders shipped within the European Union, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

If you withdraw from your purchase within this period, the return will be processed as store credit, provided the item meets the return eligibility conditions outlined above.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to this return method.


9. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was delivered damaged or incorrect due to our error.

If free shipping was applied to the order, the equivalent standard shipping cost may be deducted from the issued store credit for returns based on size, fit, or personal preference.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent via a tracked and insured shipping service.


10. Final Notes

Luflair operates as an intermediary platform, coordinating orders and returns in cooperation with independent fulfillment partners.

All returns are handled according to this policy to ensure fair, efficient, and sustainable logistics.
