Nothing in these Terms limits or affects any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

We make every reasonable effort to present our products as accurately as possible, including colours, details, descriptions, and specifications.

However, slight variations may occur due to differences in device displays, lighting conditions, manufacturing processes, or supplier updates.

Product availability, descriptions, pricing, images, and specifications may be changed at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders

When you place an order through our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.

Your order is deemed accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• suspected fraudulent activity;

7. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European Union Consumers)

If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from this contract in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

Where multiple goods forming part of one order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the final item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

The reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive notice of your withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have supplied evidence of having returned them, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply, or may expire early, in cases permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to:

• goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery; and
• any other exceptions provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described in Section 7 (for example, voluntary returns or exchanges) are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers must contact Luflair before returning any item.

Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

The appropriate return address will be provided after the return request has been approved. Unless expressly instructed otherwise, returns must not be sent to our administrative address.

9. Statutory Warranty (Legal Guarantee)

Regardless of any voluntary manufacturer's warranty, consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty rights provided under applicable law.

For customers within the European Union, statutory warranty rights apply in accordance with the relevant consumer protection legislation.

Where a product is defective, consumers are generally entitled to request an appropriate remedy, which may include repair or replacement. Where the legal requirements are met, consumers may also be entitled to a price reduction, contract termination, or damages.
